Overview
Buenos Aires was Scott's South American base during a period of digital advocacy and nonprofit technology work.
From 2008 to 2010, Scott lived in Buenos Aires working on regional digital advocacy at Idealist.org, a platform connecting nonprofits, volunteers, and social-impact careers across Latin America and the world. This chapter overlapped with and followed his posting to Tbilisi, Georgia with Transparency International, representing a period of intensive international public-service work.
